Day 96 : Summary

Got to workout in the lake tonight in the new Xterra wetsuit!

After getting used to the feel (a little more pressure on the lungs/chest), I really feel like I was able to slide through the water better.  The slight buoyancy boost was nice too.

I was able to do 1.6 miles pretty easily, but stopped after my feet of all things started cramping up.  The only remaining challenge really is to workout navigating all of the people that will be in the water.  Honestly, I think I could do the Ironman swim phase right now.

Probably take another rest day tomorrow since I am doing a dive at the Georgia Aquarium, but Sunday should be a good day for a nice bike ride.
