Day 100 : Summary

Still a little sore but couldn’t afford to take another night off.  I have the Covington Century on Saturday so I wanted to get in a harder workout tonight.

Started off on the bike trainer and jammed out for just under an hour.  My shirt was completely drenched and I had a nice little puddle underneath the bike.  Got my new aero bar hydration system installed and it worked great.

Jumped off the bike and changed (simulating that transition thing you know) into running shorts and jumped on the treadmill for a quick 2.5 mile run.

Finished off my workout with some much needed stretching.  A good workout all around.
