Not feeling it.

Tonight’s workout was pretty weak.  I can’t wait to get back outside to run and ride the bike because this indoor crap blows.

Started off on the treadmill and got bored after 1 mile.  Sat on the bike and didn’t even fire it up.

Spent about 20 mins doing some core stuff with the workout ball and then just decided not to bother faking it.  I would expect that in a few days I can get back outside once this cold snap is over and get back to enjoying the workouts again.

    I’m with you. It is extremely UN-motivating to be stuck inside. I find it most difficult to motivate myself to train on weekends lately. During the week its a welcome distraction from work, but on the weekend when its rainy and cold out, I just cant seem to get moving. Here’s to good weather!
